[Lazarus] How to help in fighting SPAM at Lazarus homepage?

Hi,

as already mentioned there are recently a lot of "SPAM"-Accounts created to place their things in the WIKI or in the Forum.

How can I help to fight this?
Who can delete these user accounts?
