[Lazarus] Package: "LCL 1.0.1" Unit not found: "Menus"

I'm using revision 29212 compiled like so:

$ make clean cleanall  cleanide
$ make

The problem continued after the new compilation on all 3rd party components
with the dependency to LCL.
