[Lazarus] rxnew package: LCLBase not exists

The CCR components follows Lazarus trunk or a stable version?

Changes in rxnew.lpk does not compile with Lazarus 0.9.30.1 r31020 FPC
2.4.5 i386-win32-win32/win64

The problem:

        <MinVersion Major="1" Release="1" Valid="True"/>
      </Item1>


The LCLBase package doesn't exists (yet).
