[Lazarus] Latest Lazarus 0.9.30 FPC 2.4.4 is corrupted

The latest Lazarus 0.9.30 FPC 2.4.4  is corrupted  - this is the link to it

The size is 4.8Mb, rather than the 75 or 76 you would expect it to be.
