If you want to send your friend a zip with all packages, then do as
DoDi said:
1. Put all packages into a folder. One sub directory per package.
2. Create a yourmeta package requiring all the packages.
3. Right click on each dependency and choose "Store file name as
default".
4. zip the folder and send it.
5. Tell your friend to unzip it and to open and install the
yourmeta.lpk.
6. restart IDE
