No. Only in 99% it is enough to do a lazbuild --build-ide=.
After updating Lazarus svn you should do a 'make clean all'. This is
the only guaranteed way that handles all changes - like fixes to
lazbuild and renaming of packages.

make clean all
./lazbuild --build-ide=
