[Lazarus] RE : broken scrollbars under Ubuntu 11.04

[Ludo Brands]

Ubuntu is maintaining a growing blacklist of applications that don't work
with overlay scrollbars: firefox, chrome, eclipse,... wx-widgets
applications are also broken.
