[Lazarus] Portable Version of Lazarus.

I have a

portable launcher  source code extracted and modified from original version
by Juan A Melendez (WARNING: kinda i386-win32 centric, please modify as
necessary). Put this launcher in a directory, inside the directory create
App and Data folder. Put lazarus folder under App, fpc under lazarus,
without any version (e.g. the path to fpc.exe should be fpc\bin\i386-win32
instead of fpc\2.4.2\bin\i386-win32 or similar). Next, copy lazarus folder
from %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data to Data folder. Done.
Just remember to always execute from the portable launcher and you'll be OK.
