Some interesting points from
http://wiki.freepascal.org/Lazarus_0.9.30_release_notes, probably
worth mentioning:

- Delphi converter has improved a lot (if you're trying to
"Lazarus-ify" some Delphi users)
- Build modes, build macros and conditionals now allows different sets
of compiler options for projects and packages.
- Lots of improvements to TAChart (depending on target audience)
