[Lazarus] Compile and Build menu entries, Run- or Project-menu?

Sorry mate, I can count on my one hand how many times I have clicked Run
this year. I *always* Compile or Build (latter being necessary if
Lazarus or FPC doesn't correctly detected changed units - which does
happen from time to time). I also mostly run my apps outside the IDE -
simply because the integrated debugger just doesn't do it for me. Or
because I am working on a CGI app, so clicking Run is pointless.

Earlier I posted a message how or where to change that keyboard shortcut
in KDE - it's under the "Global Keyboard Shortcuts" settings.
