[Lazarus] The TDefaulComponentEditor again

Hi.

After last update (Lazarus 0.9.31 r29979 FPC 2.5.1
i386-win32-win32/win64), I can't to use any event in Object Inspector.
Double click in any component causes this error:

I used the "Rescan FPC source directory" menu, but, without sucess. :(

How to fix this error?
