[Lazarus] TortoiseSVN help.... error in Installing Lazarus wiki --- there is no download the source option

I have recently added some new functionality to the lazsvn package in the IDE,
its almost usable now ;-)

When the command line svn client is installed then I recommend also
installing lazsvn in the IDE.
