Still, Sabayon is not as on-the-edge as Gentoo. The packages are tested in 
Gentoo repos for some time before they and up to Sabayon repos.

I also have thought of automatic bindings generation.
Zeljan mentioned he has even made some code for such QT generator.
(Did I understand right?)
The same generator could bind for KDE.

Smoke is mainly meant for dynamic languages.
Reading the overview here:
 http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Languages/Smoke
it seems to have lots of overhead, lookup tables for method names etc., which 
is needed by dynamic languages.
