[Lazarus] How to pass -fPIC to compiler

Hi, I need to compile a shared library with -fPIC. How can I set that
flag in Lazarus.

Using fpc along I just add "-fPIC" to the command line, but I don't know
how to do this in Lazarus.

P.S.: I use 0.9.31
