[Lazarus] TControl.Align

Hi all,

When setting the Align property the LCL now resets the Left, Top,
Width, Height to the BaseBounds.
For example, when setting Align from the default alNone to alLeft and
then back again to alNone the control will have the bounds from the
beginning.
This is Delphi compatible and useful in the designer as it works like
a simple undo.

Please test and check if this creates any trouble.
