[Lazarus] Broken nightly builds

Hi.

There are several reports on Russian FPC/Lazarus forum about
broken nightly builds for Windows. Many *.exe files from
ftp://ftp.freepascal.org/pub/lazarus/snapshots/
have unusually small size (8 - 17 MB) and refuse to install
with the following message:

"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the
program".

Should I report this to Mantis?
