[Lazarus] Trying to get the svn v ersions of Lazarus and FPC running on Windows

I right-click a dirctory go to TortoiseSVN an then to Repo-Browser, this 
gets me to the said URL showing ar.exe, as.exe, ...

I press OK and ... Nothing.

I seem to remember that when d/l ing fpc and lazarus, after this the 
directory got a TortoiseSVN mark and I could select upgrade to d/l the 
files.
