[Lazarus] Trying to get the svn v ersions of Lazarus and FPC running on Windows

I can't because - as said - this version of Lazarus crashes when I do 
Tools > Options.

I upgraded to the the now newest svn version and recompiled Lazarus.

Now everything woks just fine.
