[Lazarus] LCL not in build profiles ?

When you use fppkg/fpmake properly to compile your changed rtl/fcl, the
LCL will be compiled accordingly. ;)

But compiling the rtl with fppkg is tricky. I don't think it works. Fcl
should work fine, though.
