Thanks for the info. It would be sad if there isn't going to be an ebook
version. As I have told you in private, using the iPad on my desk as a
reference book (instead of a pile of printed books) is pretty awesome. I
have successfully converted my whole technical library of 30+ books to
their digital versions, and my library includes the FPC documentation of
course. Now I'm never without a book. The iPad screen size is also
perfect for reading A4 (or A5) PDF books (without requiring zoom and
scrolling).

Just some of the eBook advantages:
- All books can be loaded on one single device.
- eBooks never go out of print
- Saves (physical) space - on the bookshelf or on my desk.
- eBooks are searchable
- Cheaper to produce (no printing involved)
- Good for the environment (no chopping down of trees)
- Books stay in perfect condition, even after long usage
- Quicker to purchase (no shipping required). Here in SA, books take
4-6 weeks for delivery when they come from the USA, UK or Europe.
- Revised/Corrected versions are instantly available, and without
  having old stock lying around.
