[Lazarus] Error when compile LCL for WINCE

This error when compile LCL for WINCE in last reversions
my command line

make clean packager/registration lcl LCL_PLATFORM=wince CPU_TARGET=arm
OS_TARGET=wince PP=ppcrossarm.exe
