[Lazarus] -WR compiler option

Hi

I implemented this feature:
7154: Please add a check box for -WR compiler option
http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=7154

The checkbox is now in Code Generation part.
I started to think if it should be in Linking part.
There already is -WG (which also starts with "W").

What do you think?
