[Lazarus] ComboBox Drop Down List and anchors

Hello List,

I've created the following project (https://github.com/ik5/display-quotes).
When I try to place the ComboBox to be DropDownList, the combobox is
overrided by the Memo, that now capture the whole form.
Furthermore at some point the screen becomes black and only using Escape
"kills" the black screen and return to the program.

I'm using Lazarus 0.9.31 r33611M FPC 2.6.0 (fixes branch) x86_64-linux-gtk 2

Can anyone else reproduce it ?
