[Lazarus] MaskEdit- Fails with mask to telephone

Two options:
1. Wait for it being committed and use SVN update (if you are using trunk).
2. Use the patch utility tha comes with Lazarus to patch maskedit.pp
(or, since the changes are minimal, adjust the code by hand) and then
rebuild Lazarus.
