[Lazarus] Lazarus bigide 0.9.30.2RC2 doesn't compile on FreeBSD

The error you get hints at a wrongly compiled fpc unit.

You still didn't give an answer to the question if the fpc units were
compiled with -Ur, didn't you?

Maybe the compiler output while building fpc, would be helpful.

That most likely was with different fpc versions, so not the same
compiled units, you currently are using.
