Does the Delphi VLC really support creating Forms from other threads 
than the main thread ?

AFAIK, the VCL is not more thread save than the LCL is, and this if 
creating and using a form from a min thread would result in a crash. (I 
seem to remember that I some years ago did test this and in fact got a 
crash.)
