[Lazarus] Which IDE versions allow you to select a file by right-clicking on the tab?

When I right-click on a tab in the source editor in Linux, I get a menu
which allows me to jump to the file I want.

It doesn't work that way in the Windows version. I believe Windows has or
had an equivalent version I have forgotten about.

The version I am using on both is 0.9.30
