[Lazarus] Enclose selection causes Lazarus to hang?

Doesn't hang here.

But as all those functions (uper/lower/enclose/jcf/...): if the selected 
lines contain bookmarks or breakpoints, all of them are moved to the 
first line of the block. Long known issue, still outstanding
