First, create new wiki page for your translation at
http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/VirtualTreeview_Example_for_Lazarus/<your language code here>,
e.g. http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/VirtualTreeview_Example_for_Lazarus/pt
Just put the address into your browser's address bar and press Enter, then click "Edit this page" link.

Then, add link to your translation into the language bar by editing the following template:
