Change the Z-order of the buttons in the panel by right clicking on
them in the Object Inspector and use Z-order submenu. Back is earlier,
Forward is later. But the order of the buttons on the form will not
refresh until you reopen the form, so if you get confused you can also
reorder the items manually in the LFM file.
