[Lazarus] Brazilian Lazarus Translation

The "Project Options" is an example. The listview do not get resized when 
words reach its border.
Just change to brazilian portuguese to make a test, that you will see what i 
am talking about.
(trunk version of course).

The layout should be adapted.
