[Lazarus] Lazarus project version information out of whack on 0.9.30?

When I compile a project with the option of incrementing the build versions
it doesn't work. That I believe to be a known bug.

But when I open the .rc file and edit it manually the version information in
the program is fine, but the version information appearing in the Project
options dialog doesn't change.
Are those values stored somewhere else besides the .rc file where they can
be edited?
