[Lazarus] Partch for ZVDateTimeControls Package

Hi Lazarus list,

I made some small modifications for ZVDateTimeControls... to be more specific, I added an event to Handle the CheckBox Change

I'm looking for a way to sent this modifications to the author (Zoran Vučenović)... I didn't find any e-mail for contact on sources ou Text files from Package
