[Lazarus] Alternativa to AddHandlerOnEnableChanged

Hi,

I use the AddHandlerOnVisibleChanged well
(http://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.net/docs/lcl/controls/tcontrol.addhandleronvisiblechanged.html).
So, exists something compatible to "Enabled"? It would be a
"AddHandlerOnEnableChanged".

I wanted to use AddHandler method, but the HandlerType parameter is
TControlHandlerType, that has only chtOnResize, chtOnChangeBounds,
chtOnVisibleChanging, chtOnVisibleChanged and  chtOnKeyDown, nothing
to Enabled. :(
