[Lazarus] Updated docs

In the past days I've updated the LCL docs, in detail for Controls and 
ImgList. Please look for [...?] annotations, and fix what I couldn't 
determine myself. Patches can be sent to <DrDiettrich1 at aol.com>.

Some batch files for Windows users have been added, see StyleGuide.txt. 
Please copy mkhtml.bat to the proper location (docs\html\), and apply 
FileSearch.patch (Mantis #20137) before creating local HTML documentation.
