[Lazarus] Lazarus 0.9.30.2RC1 available

The first release candidate for Lazarus 0.9.30.2 is available for
download from https://sourceforge.net/projects/lazarus/files/

The lazarus-testing ubuntu repository at
http://www.hu.freepascal.org/lazarus/dists/lazarus-testing/ has been
updated with this release candidate too.

This release candidate has been made from the fixes_0_9_30 branch and
uses fpc 2.4.4 (0.9.30 used fpc 2.4.4).

Please, report regression compared with Lazarus 0.9.30 in the bug tracker.
