[Lazarus] Problems after updating on Windows

Strange. All xml files are missing. 
When you start the IDE with --debug-log=log.txt, do you see any error message in
the log.txt?

The IDE always creates the needed files.
Maybe the xml writer has problems with the "ó"? But then you should see an error
message on stdout.
