I found above statement in many open source projects, which left the 
nasty or unsolvable problems to others, and mostly died sooner or later 
due to a lack of such "useful idiots". But in contrast to Lenin's 
idiots, which only have to be given a direction to go, this doesn't work 
when these idiots shall fill the documentation gaps left open by their 
leaders.
