[Lazarus] Ubuntu 12.04 - new tray icon implementation?

Hi,

It seems that ubuntu 12.04 has new API for tray icon. To se my
application icon which use TTrayIcon component, I must set ubuntu
param "systray-whitelist" to "[all]", but other applications like new
Skype 4.0 or Deluge Torrent, can show its icon without this
modification. Why is this happening? Ubuntu tray icon has new
implementation?
