[Lazarus] SIGSEGV error

Hi all,

I'm using Lazarus (r38152 updated from
http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/branches/fixes_1_0) + FPC
(r22003 updated from
http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/tags/release_2_6_0) with target
Win64/X86_64

Everytime I close a compiled binary (e.g. just an empty form, hitting
the classic top/right "X") I get an "External: SIGSEGV at address
7703B3CB" error and then "assembler" windows says:
"USER32!GetClipboardSequencerNumber (63)" any project the same
(complex one or completely new/fresh/free).
