[Lazarus] Key bindings in XUbuntu

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 64bits with the XUbuntu Dekstop (it's XFCE 4.10)
and noted the Ctrl+F9 key combination doesn't work in this environment.

Doesn anyone knows how can I find if the desktop environment is using
that same key combination for anything else?.

I'm using the latest Lazarus revision from SVN (38174).
