[Lazarus] Reporting help not found problems

Hi all,

Reinier just reported a problem with F1 not finding anything for "result"
although it is documented (http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=22754).
There are other common words that are documented but can't be found from the
IDE (class, string, true, false, the fileutil unit). What is the best way to
report these? Raising an issue for every word encountered doesn't sound very
productive.
