The default "IDE Options" dialog is too small to fit all the main
content (to the right of the treeview). See the screenshot where lots
of content is clipped. Most developers would consider default dialog
sizes to fit all default content.

I started Lazarus rc1 with no config files, thus everything is
defaults. Lazarus was compiled with LCL-GTK2 on my system. I am
running X11 at 96dpi.

$ xdpyinfo | grep inch
  resolution:    96x96 dots per inch
