[Lazarus] Lazarus 1.0 release candidate 1 available for download

I just tried it at work and i had a few issues:
1. Choosing Online Help from the Help menu showed the placeholder HTML
page about installing offline help even though i selected to install
the CHM files. It should have shown the CHM viewer instead.
2. Under Windows the Windows CHM viewer should be used instead of
lhelp since it is more feature complete (the html pages are rendered
better there).
3. Somehow i managed to hang lhelp - i'm not sure what i did (i think
something with the back button). I had to kill it from the task
manager to stop it.
I'll check with my own projects at home for details.
