[Lazarus] What is Lazarus lacking to make a version 1 ?

Yes, still 19 0.99 and 55 1.0 opened issues.
We are planning to branch 1.0 in next 1-3 months, so we are pretty close to 
1.0 than ever. You'll (ppl on this list) be informed when 1.0 is branched 
since we'll need a lot of testing before release.
