Well, here /tmp is a normal directory on a JFS filesystem. It does
*not* use ramfs or tmpfs. I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 and Slackware 13.37
here at work. At home I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 on a ext3 partition, and
it works the same there.
