Yes I have, sort of.
It's main purpose is html text editing, but I use it as a notepad replacement.
The UI is in Dutch however.
It uses a Tadded Document Interface like Lazarus IDE and has highlight
support for html, xml, js, pascal, perl, php, pyhton, unix shell
script, batch, ini, po-language files.
Sources are LGPL 2.0.
