Again: please try to understand first, before writing nonsense :-(

As long as the IDE help is wiki-based, every user can edit the wiki, and 
he and all other users will see the changes immediately.

When this help is converted into FPDoc format, some day, the same 
procedure applies as to all XML-based documentation: every user has the 
files on his machine, and can update them locally. In the case of IDE 
help it may be required, then, to rebuild the local docs. This can be 
done for single HTML files almost instantly, while rebuilding entire CHM 
files requires more time, obviously.
