I don't think so, because Lazarus 0.9.30.2 passes -WG also for
non-windows targets, and fpc 2.6.0 rejects it.

It could be fixed in a 0.9.30.4 (if it will ever be released) and is
already fixed in trunk. Simply merging from trunk to fixes is not
possible, because surronding code of the fix in trunk already uses
build modees, which are not available in 0.9.30.x (IIRC).
