Would it be possible to merge the most important fpdoc patches into 2.6?

Currently I cannot continue working on the FPDocManager, because the FPC
2.7 parser has been broken recently, and the FPC 2.6 tools have no DoLog
capabilities. I can live without fpdoc projects, but not with tools that
insists in outputting messages to stdout and stderr.
